Research interests
I am interested in mesoscale and submesoscale ocean currents and eddies and their effect on biology, which underpins the whole marine food web. I also work on the intricacies of altimeter calibration/validation in order to establish the long-term homogeneous datasets needed for the detailed study of climate change.
